Promo.com ‑ Promo Video Maker

This is a great app. Used it for my store and I must say, I was quite impressed with it's features. Great music, Great layout for creating videos.

Used this app to make 2 videos so far. First one went ok - pity we can't publish to TikTok though, but hey it's free. Next video was saved, but didn't appear in saved videos and couldn't be published (stayed on 99% for 10 minutes with nothing happening). Looking at the page source, some of those variable names are completely weird and misspelt (not a problem in itself, but if you ask the next person to write oncomplete - a variable used in the video - they might not write it like it is in the script - music onCopmlete - fadeout) so it might be that shoddy programming is the cause. Pity, app seems to be quite good otherwise

Really easy to use, set up a video ad in about an hour. Would like to see more templates but I do like it.

need better music section but works great. Also changing the font color for the first slide was not able to change.

Great video creator that I was excited to use and publish but there seems to be a publishing bug where it will prevent you to upload! hits 99% and thats it

I've contacted Promo and got no outcome so I sent another email hoping for some support to resolve it but nothing at all has been provided or some sort of info if its a known issue within the app or its been looked into.

Like I said great app that I really want to use even pay for but just feeling like I've been left in the dark.

See how I go any the next couple of days and hopefully able to change my review to a 5 star

I have now tested multiple facebook video apps. Promo is the only one that doesn't hurt to use. It's definitely the best one for someone like me, who doesn't want to spend hours making vids.

Incredible. This make it so easy to create profesionnal videos with your products and interesting creatives as well !

Easy to use. But would be better to have a better choice with the pictures from the shop. yyyyyyyyyyy
