Promo has many of the features needed to easily and effectively communicate with customers at scale. There are even a few advanced features that you do not find in other tools. If this app were a Swiss Army knife it would have to be the Farmer. It's lightweight, portable, and packs the essential tools needed for most tasks. I have only just downloaded this app to my shopify tonight and have already sent out my first newsletter. It was so easy, I didn't have to think too much on what kind of content to put in it which would do my head in.
The templates are amazing and easy to edit, and it has made me feel so much more confident in sending newsletters to our subscribers. I highly recommend this app...

This app is okay, I dont like how you can't edit who you are sending the emails to. Please add this feature
Hey, thanks for reaching out. We tried to contact you directly to better understand your use case but didn't hear anything back yet :) We only send email to verified subscribers in your Shopify admin. Shopify gives us access to these subscribers via their API so we don't have the ability to edit them. You can however edit them yourself in the Shopify admin if need be. Hope that helps answer your question.
