Promolayer is hands down the best popup tool I've ever used! It's incredibly user-friendly, and I was able to set up high-converting popups in minutes. Since using Promolayer, I've seen a significant increase in conversions. Couldn't be happier!

A new app and I have been using it for half a year. There are bugs, but the main function - running popups - works really well, AND it's super simple to setup. Though there are still bugs to fix, the support team is both super helpful, responsive, and open to suggestions to features and improvements based on our experience.
The supporting team is awesome and very nice. They really tried to assist me to encounter the problem I have with the plugin and fixed the entire app to serve my purpose. They learn and improve together with their users which amazes me the most. I am sorry to tell I am using the free version but they still provide the best service to help and assist. I will definitely recommend others to use this app to do simple pop ups!

CSは完璧です。返事も早いし、詳しく説明もしてくれます。日本で使うのにはこちらアプリすごくお勧めです。海外では使ってないのでわかりませんが。（笑）ただ、基本的な知識は必要にはなるかと思ういます。Shopifyはある程度の知識は持っておかないといけないですが。

I got this app for a small 'stop and think' popup on one of my collections, and it's so well done! and you can make the popup pretty too...
I really love this app, it's simple to install and use and adds value to your site rather than just being 'an annoying popup'

This product is already very helpful in our marketing but a product is only equally valuable if it has great customer support team especially for this type of products that would require immediate tech support or else we lose thousands of dollars. Very fast and very knowledgeable customer support. Keep up the prompt response to customers and you will go far.
