PromoSync koppelt je Shopify-winkel aan PromoStandards-leveranciers, waaronder SanMar, S&S Activewear en PCNA, en importeert hun producten, varianten, afbeeldingen en specificaties. Het creëert staffelprijzen, handhaaft minimale geadverteerde prijzen en werkt de voorraad bij volgens een door jou gekozen schema. Decoratiemethoden, opdruklocaties, instelkosten en drukkosten worden aan producten toegevoegd, zodat klanten bestellingen kunnen configureren. Je kunt vanuit het beheercentrum ook Shopify-bestellingen omzetten in inkooporders voor leveranciers.

Great application for the promo space. Has really solved a ton of our issues trying to use Shopify for on-demand apparel.
As the founder of SwagLab Standards and the Shopify-based store 2BSwag, PSRESTful Premium has been a key component in helping us build a professional infrastructure within the promotional products industry.
The platform has allowed us to centralize access to PromoStandards services such as Product Data, Inventory, Pricing, and supplier integrations in a much more organized and scalable way. For a growing distributor working with ASI and SAGE, this significantly reduces the complexity of managing multiple supplier connections manually.
One of the biggest advantages has been the ability to connect our Shopify environment with industry-standard promotional suppliers while maintaining a modern ecommerce approach. PSRESTful provides a strong technical foundation for distributors who want to automate catalog synchronization and prepare for scalable online operations.
The system does require some initial learning, especially for users who are new to APIs and PromoStandards, but the documentation and overall structure make the process manageable. Once configured, the platform becomes a very powerful operational tool.

I’m running PromoSync on five Shopify stores, and it performs flawlessly. That’s 5×5 stars = 25 stars from me. I saw this app has not yet been reviewed, so I’m going to make this a bit longer to help others understand its value.
This app, combined with a few off-the-shelf pricing, minimum order, and configuration tools, creates a complete solution for selling apparel and merch on Shopify using PromoStandards Data Feeds. You can find dozens of apps in each of those categories, but PromoSync is the only one that connects everything seamlessly to power my swag factory.
I’ve been selling on Shopify for years, managing feeds from four primary suppliers: SanMar, SSActivewear, HitPromo, and PCNA. PromoSync has completely transformed how I handle these integrations. It has replaced roughly one-third of the workload of two senior developers, saving us close to $100K annually and freeing them up for higher-value tasks. Even better, tasks that once required senior-level expertise can now be handled by interns or entry-level staff. We are also now able to easily add in more suppliers and products without the headache of the overhead of additional self-made EDIs.
The developer behind PromoSync provided excellent support, and I was able to contract them for a very reasonable hourly rate to upgrade all of my legacy products for full inventory and pricing sync. Now I update inventory daily and pricing on demand without a hitch.
Currently, the app is managing over 400,000 variant inventory items in a single store. Shopify has a daily upload limit of 1,000 new variants per store through the API (unless you are on Shopify Plus), and I am consistently hitting that limit every day as I continue expanding my catalog. Everything runs smoothly and reliably despite that constraint.
This app requires at minimum one person with advanced eCommerce planning and implementation abilities, including the ability to generate your own PromoStandards credentials and manage API keys. You will need to handle this setup through a separate web application, as this app only utilizes your keys for syncing.
I feel PromoSync is best suited for businesses in the mid six-figure to seven-figure range, and especially for those scaling toward eight figures. If you are hoping to magically go from zero to seven figures, that is not realistic, but whether you are starting from scratch or building on an existing store, this is the foundation I would build around. The app’s structure and features make it an ideal core for serious, scalable operations.
