I installed the app on my store attracted by the fact that it was completely free. The app makes its work simple and intuitive. Technical support is immediate. Thanks to Brian who was able to help me with some difficulties I encountered

This app is what is needed for our purpose of providing important information and promotion pop up to customers. 5 stars because it has an easy general setting section, and because of the nice customer support of Brian. 4 stars because it is not so immediate to design, but anyway you can use some nice pre-config format that helps. Brian forwarded this feedback to dev team, and hopefully, this part will become more user-friendly. Great customer care! Thank you Brian!

None of these themes were suitable for my store and customization was difficult. It would not take any images and support was not available. I wasted a lot of time and couldn't ever get it to work so I uninstalled.

I have been using this app for a couple years for the popup discount feature. The app has been easy to use and customize, and I believe it has probably increased sales on the website. I had an issue / question after a while and Brian from support was able to quickly resolve. App is back working for me. Thanks!

Super helpful plug-in! The theme we use is very limited and sometimes auto scales/crops images when used as a pop-up. This plug-in helps solve this. I also asked for support and Brian, the one who assisted, was really attentive. Highly recommend!

Für eine kostenlose APP Nutzung wirklich gut und tut was es soll. Eventuell könnte man noch etwas an dem Blanko Template optimieren, so dass man ein Hintergrund Bild hinterlegen kann und dann einen variablen Text darauf setzen kann. So muss man nur wissen, dass man entweder das Bild oder den Text nutzen kann, wobei der Text das Bild schlägt ;-)
Falls du dennoch Fragen hast, wende dich an den Support. Mir wurde hier schnell und gut geholfen.

I am using Shopify Dawn, which is supposed to be compatible. When attempting to edit a popup template, I receive the error message "tiny MCE is in read only mode" with a prompt to upgrade our billing plan. But clicking to learn more or upgrade billing returns a 500 server error. I've tried clearing cache and used multiple browsers. Without the ability to customize templates, this app is useless.

Occasionally encountered technical problems which prompted us to contact Support Team a few times so that itself is a little negative. Though, Support Team responded to us promptly each time and resolved the issue in a timely manner, so we shall continue to use the app at least until we find better one.

brian was super helpful and knew what he was doing, very good support for a free app!
