Proofer Proof Management

Started using the Proofer app in a fairly complex workflow on a new store. I am delighted to report it waaay exceeds my expectations, does much more than I expected AND is rock solid into the bargain. Nick's support is easily head and shoulders above ANYTHING i have ever experienced in 8 years of running Shopify and Woocommerce stores. We'll definitely be using this app on every store we roll out from now on. I'm a fan for life!

So glad I found this app. It's helped us smooth out the custom design proof process and get it away from emails. It also looks a lot more more professional to our customers too. If you need to send the proofs to your customers, look no further. The best app you can get! Very easy set up, really nice work flow including automated email notifications (with your branding) for you and your customers. The customers are sent to your website where they can approve their previews plus you can upsell your digital product as well. Amazing and quick customer support - I needed to change watermark for my previews and Nick got it done literally within few minutes. Can't recommend it enough, thank you!

At first, I thought Proofer might be unnecessary because I was only doing a handful of proofs per week and could track them via email -- well, easily enough that the added cost didn't seem worth it. But then, oh boy. An influencer shared one of my products on Instagram and I received 300 orders in about 12 hours. It would've been unmanageable without this app. In fact, of all the apps my store has, this is the one that single-handedly saved my sanity. The meta tags were especially useful because I could find all the "proof_accepted" orders and get them out of the way. Plus, it helps my my shop look as if there's more than one person sitting at a dining table working through everything.

very easy to use app and makes you look professional with your customers. The app developer is very responsive, I asked him to have the ability to send the print proof to a different contact than the customer who placed the order and this was done in few days.
As a next step, it would be good to have the ability to send the proof to multiple emails at the same time.

Proofer has quickly become an indispensable part of our daily workflow. What would otherwise take multiple windows, accounts and apps can now be completed with just a few clicks. The customization is great and key to maintaining your brand image. When we did have some minor things that needed changing beyond our control, they have been on top of taking care of those issues quickly and professionally. Highly Recommend!

This app is great. Period. 1) It streamlines your workflow to include proof control on your order page, as well as alerts. Huge time/headache saver. 2) Provides a customizable template to match your branding, which obviously is indespensible. 3) Provides the seamless interface to your customer, making you look like the professional you are. 4) Pricing options are great... starts at free then ramps up as your store gets more customers (aka gets sales). We use this app to organize and automate the workflow for sending digital proofs and receiving feedback / approval from our customers. It was super easy to get started and deliver a professional experience to our customers compared to just back and forth emails.
