Proofer has been a game changer for my custom sticker shop.
The proof approval workflow is seamless and my customers love being able to request changes directly from the proof page.
What really sets this app apart is the customer support... fast, helpful and genuinely willing to go the extra mile. Any question I've had has been answered quickly and thoroughly.
The custom email template system is flexible and easy to work with. Highly recommend for any print shop or business that needs a professional proofing workflow.

I just returned to this page to leave a review for the BEST Shopify app that I have ever used, and realized I already left the above 5 star review 5 years ago! Would give it 500 stars if I could. If you thought customer service was dead in 2026 you have never used this app!! Incredibly responsive and helpful. Constantly improving their product. And I'm sure I'll be back in 2030 to update this!
