Barely started this app and have not even opened my store fully yet, BUT... ...this app is excellent. Very easy to manage and set up. It is simple to not get overwhelmed by all the extra data and easy to use the tools embedded in the app. I highly recommend!! 1000%

The support is amazing. I got help setting up a payment plan subscription for my website. It was so simple and easy. I was helped by a rep named Tom and he was able to go in and collab on m website and actually fix my issues while sending me screenshots so I would educated on how to do it myself in the future. Overall great, FAST and easy experience.

I recently started using Subscriptions Recurring orders by Propel to manage my subscriptions, and I am thoroughly impressed with both the app and the customer service. The app is user-friendly and has all the features I need to manage my subscriptions effectively. But what really sets this app apart is the customer service.
Their goes above and beyond to help their customers. They are incredibly responsive and always willing to help, whether it's a question about the app's features or a technical issue. They are patient and take the time to explain things clearly, making sure that I fully understand how to use the app to its fullest potential.
