I found this product is simple to use, there's still room for improvement to become a greater product. Supporting staff is helpful and friendly.
But, there's no importing function for reviews from Amazon, eBay store, which their competitor is offering. I am still on a free plan, and I wont be paying until ebay/amazon import is available, it is critical for a start-up to have this.

We understand the need for Amazon and eBay review importing. While this feature isn’t available yet, we do offer other platform import options. As a workaround, you can import Amazon and eBay reviews using our default import template by adding the required data.

The product from the Symprosis team was excellent, and their support, especially from Milan, was outstanding. He attentively listened to my issue, provided the necessary assistance, and offered valuable suggestions.
So far so good. Issues fixed quickly, communication very good. App is quite big, but quite easy to navigate around, having questions and answered for your products is a good tool. Thanks Milan for sorting my issues.
