From barcode-driven workflows to real-time inventory visibility, PULPO significantly reduces errors across picking, packing, and inventory management, while noticeably improving shipping efficiency. One of the key reasons we selected PULPO was its native and very smooth integration with Shopify, which allows us to centrally manage and synchronize inventory across multiple Shopify stores with ease.
Beyond Shopify, PULPO has continuously supported our API integrations with third-party logistics (3PL) partners, enabling automated and transparent logistics workflows across different systems. We are currently also advancing serial number and batch management integrations with our factory systems, and throughout this process, the PULPO team has consistently provided strong support, demonstrating a high level of flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset.
The system is intuitive and easy for warehouse staff to onboard. It provides full transparency across inbound, outbound, and inventory movements. The implementation process was smooth, and the customer support and technical teams are responsive, professional, and truly understand real-world warehouse operations.
