The issue has been resolved. My experience with Puppet Vendor's multi-vendor marketplace service has been mixed. Initially, the platform was invaluable as we expanded our business and onboarded more vendors. It streamlined our operations, and their customer service was responsive and helpful.
However, over the past three weeks, we have faced serious issues. The system has been running very slow, preventing our vendors from accessing the portal and severely hampering our ability to fulfill customer orders promptly. Despite ongoing communication with Puppet Vendor's support team, the problem remains unresolved.
Consequently, we are now exploring alternative vendors. While Puppet Vendor has its strengths, any new potential customers should exercise caution, especially if scalability and reliability are critical to their business.

UPDATE: The issue is now resolved. It was a user error where by the user uploaded logo size that was significantly larger than the dimension suggested by Puppet Vendors causing massive delays in load time. The PV team resized the logo for the user and fixed it.

Puppet Vendors is an exceptional app! The team is incredibly attentive and their support is super responsive. They frequently roll out new features based on user feedback, which is fantastic. The UX/UI is top-notch, making it a breeze to navigate and use. Highly recommend it!

Our business works with artisans and small business owners who sell their products via consignment through our store. Currently, we only operate a physical retail store (webshop is down the line) and I was thrilled when I came across Puppet Vendors as it seemed to be a perfect solution to our "how do we manage consignment vendors with Shopify" problem. This app, while still new and working out a few minor glitches, is amazing. It works exactly how we need, our vendors are happy to be able to access their sales reports online, and I don't know how we ever functioned without it.
Support (if you need it) is responsive and actually helpful. I repeat, ACTUALLY HELPFUL!
This app was designed with an understanding of consignment needs and it shows. We are able to attribute custom sales to vendors on the back end, make payout adjustments, easily set up commission fee structures and do so many other things that save us so much staff time.
FYI -we currently are only using the base product and that alone has made such a huge difference. We plan to add Payouts and Products soon once we have 100% vendor adoption in the vendor portal.
If you can make the monthly investment, this app is well worth it.
I've been using this app for just a few hours, and in a few hours, I've made more progress on configuration vs. 10+ hours it took me to get no where with Webkul MVM. This app has a clean, intuitive, UI/UX that "just makes sense". They don't overload you with configuration options out of the box, which sort of forces you to take smaller steps towards getting you where you want from a functionality standpoint. Then once you get past basic config, you can determine if you want to bring in new features via add ons.
Beyond the above, the support has been phenomenal. This app is going places for sure.
Martin and the team from Puppet Vendors are absolutely amazing to deal with and very patient in helping a non techy person like myself get the best from their platform. I couldn't recommend them highly enough for their customer support and willingness to work in with me and my business needs. The system itself is also working well and constantly getting even better.

The best customer service we have had from an app developer since starting our business more than 3 years ago! The willingness to work with us to help us set this up exactly to our needs was exceptional. Kriang always comes back to us within minutes and gives us extremely detailed and solid feedback. This app has a lot of potential and can completely transform the way dropshippers operate with the functionalities it offers. The fact that they continuously release additional new features is amazing and we strongly recommend this app for small to even large stores to reduce your admin tasks hugely. Works as intended. Simple interface to use and allows multiple vendors to get real time notifications on new sales as well as an option to log in and track commissions. There are a few minor quality of life things I'd like to see changed but overall the system is very solid and the math checks out as well - unlike some of the other apps available. Support is quick and goes the extra mile
