I was looking for an app that would allow our resellers to see their montly revenue on a dashboard. This solved the problem to a 5 star and they are quick at responding in the support and more than willing to create ekstra features :D
We're still in the early stages of our e-commerce platform, so I can't give a detailed review of PuppetVendor yet. But so far, the app has been proving to be very helpful for us especially as a Marketplace. It helps us handle and manage the vendors we will have on our website and takes care of the systems (i.e. payouts) that would've been way more complicated had we done it manually.
The number one app if you're looking to work with vendors on your website. This app provides your vendors with a dashboard of their sales, the possibility to add products, fulfill orders and so much more. They are continiously improving the app by adding new features and on top of that is their customer service always available to help you out when you do have some issues. Great job guys, keep it going! :-)
Works amazingly well! Thanks to this app I can keep track of all my vendors and orders. The look & feel of the platform is also really great and the customer service is excellent and fast!
This is a hidden gem of an app. I'm using it to build a marketplace. It's simple to use, packed with all the core features that you need to manage multiple vendors and the support team are great at listening to requests and continuously improving the app. I cannot recommend this app and the team enough.
We've been using Puppet Vendors for a year and it's streamlined a lot of our reporting. Kriang is very open to improvements and updates - and works hard to incorporate constructive feedback to make the app work even better. It's been the best consignment software we've used so far and we are really pleased with it as a shop owner. Our vendors are extremely pleased as well.
Working with this team has been such a dream in comparison to others. They are quick to respond, help find solutions or bring up suggestions to their dev team to work on adding in. It's super easy to navigate for vendors too if you are wanting to have vendors able to manage their own stock. So many of our artisans have found it quick and easy to learn and I have yet to get any questions regarding navigation from any of them.
Sending in suggestions is easy to do, and you can even get a look at what's already being worked on so you know if you even need to submit an idea or if it's already on the way. Even if some features you may want are currently missing, they are most likely on the way and the ease of use and quick help is way more than worth the wait for them.
With lots of features that the team is currently working on adding the app is only going to get better and easier to use!
The app is simple to manage and the support is amazing. I recently needed a very important feature to help my cash flow and they promptly worked on a solution for me. In almost a year working with the app, I have always been supported and had the answers I needed. Really recommend it.
I am not very good at technology and reading all of the instructions is like "greek" to me. Martin was so kind and patient. He chatted with me and sent me videos while walking me through all of my questions. It seemed so simple when he showed me. I cannot praise him enough for his kindness. I recommend this app if you have multiple vendors in your store. I could not find another app for Shopify that offered everything that I needed. Their customer service is stellar and second to none.
