Great service! The 4 nerds and a dog, are very passionate at what they do, and it shows. From explaining the differences between various messenging channels, to the best way to use their service. Nothing was too much trouble. The app is simple to use, and is highly effective to get potential customers attention on the device they used to find you. Very powerful. I've used similar apps before and the difference is black and white.

I have been using this app for several years now and I love it. My sales from this app alone are quite high. It is very easy to use and to configure. Takes about a minute to create a PushOwl notification and they are quite effective. I reached out to support this morning and chatted with Rameez. What a nice guy!!! Extremely powerful and valuable APP!!! Great customer service too! I thought their app was crashing my site but it turns out it was an error in my code, but they helped me identify and fix the issue. PushOwl is very easy to use and works super intuitive. Scheduling a campaign is done within 2 minutes. Next to that, I am very impressed with the customer support they're providing. When I have a question, the PushOwl team replies very quickly. I recently logged in to schedule some new campaigns and without asking, someone sent me a message with some easy tips to increase our subscriber list and improve our returning customer rate. I'm a fan!

I had forgotten about my Pushowl for some months lately, busy with markets and pop up shops... When i came back to it today, i discovered i had recovered around £240 thanks to the "Abandoned Cart Recovery" option without me doing a thing! How awesome! Besides, helpful customer service gave me some tips to increase subscription number and helped me navigating my way back through the app. Should be planning some new campaigns soon! Rameez actively chatted me up and informed me about a change in the browsers which would not show the popups to customers who don't engage with most of these notifications, and let me know about how to change it to a custom popup. Using the custom popup will actually also increase conversion rates of visitors (since they will know what they need). Didn't know about this feature - good work PushOwl team. Am also happy with the interface, clean and easy to use.

We've tried some other apps earlier, but this one has the most amount of features. To top that- The customer success team is superb too. So friendly, usually quick to respond and sometimes offering actionable advice & tips. Especially, Taransh who gave us clear directions on what's working & how to make it work even better. Also, proactively looking out for us in terms of the correct plan even if it meant downgrading the monthly revenue we brought for the app.

I was trying to schedule pushowl campaign contacted a rep and asked for help because it wasn't working. A young man by the name a Rojen assisted me and it still wasn't working. We scheduled a Google meeting for later that day and hew walked me thru step by step and even assisted me after our Google meeting. He's a keeper Pushowl. Thank you Rojen and Pushowl. I have this service available on one of my other websites and it is great and so is this young man.

This is the fastest ROI I've ever seen in an app. Not sure why I waited so long to install it, but I was making sales within minutes. Simple setup and set-and-forget structure make PushOwl a no-brainer. On top of that - great service and a very responsive team!
