I had issues with the synchronization of my Brevo account and the PushOwl/Brevo app integrated into Shopify. I was kindly assisted by Pallavi in customer support, and the problem was resolved. The 5-star rating refers solely to the support, as I haven’t used the app extensively yet.

I installed PushOwl back when I launched my store and so far, it’s been great. I love how easy it is to schedule campaigns in advance—I set up push notification campaigns for the entire 2024 year, and it was a easy. It’s definitely one of the easiest apps to set up and use. Now, I'm getting into using Brevo for email marketing.

Wonderfully helpful staff, and a lot of powerful tools with reasonable pricing. We have a large contacts list but only send out a handful of newsletters annually, and the way their pricing structure works allows us to just do a few staggered duplicate campaigns and keep the cost reasonable. Brevo has been excellent. Anand provided fantastic customer support. I would recommend switching to their email services. Web Push is another great marketing tool for reaching your customers!
