Working with PushOwl is Awesome for Business. I received Great Customer Service from Rojen. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood what I would be getting with the company. He took time to show me examples of how I should send out my notifications and what it should look like. He offered me a free upgrade just so I can test the product out to make sure it would benefit my business. As a small business owner, we all can use all the help we can get. Thank you PushOwl and Rojen.

I was having trouble setting up the app on my website but luckily Taransh and his team was there to help me through my problem. I have only used it for a few days and I am glad I installed it as it helped me create a virtual app on my phone allowing my customers to bookmark my website onto their phone allowing me to send notifications without the need of my customers information. Thanks for your help!

I am just starting out and want to give my shop the best head start that I can. I came across this app and decided to install it to give it a shot. A little chat box popped up offering me a deal that I had to take advantage of because who wouldn't want to offer the best to their customers?! The customer service rep came into the chat, his name is Rojen, and he just knocked it out of the park! This app is amazing but what really sets it a part is the above and beyond customer service. He helped me with set up as well as giving me tips, tricks, and articles to optimize my website! I cant wait to see how we grow together! Our future together will be bright!

Ok guys I'm the one of the most honest reviewers on here I suppose, primarily I have added Pushowl but didn't appreciate It the way I should until I received a follow up from the app developer and I asked for configuring the app through a Zoom meeting. Rojen took all the time needed to explain in details how the app works and how to configure it and answered all my questions extremely in a professional manner . So, this app is far better then email marketing and almost equivalent to SMS marketing any Shopify store must have this app. It is simply brilliant and it does it's own magic.

I highly recommend this app. They have great customer service and its features work without a glitch. It's highly effective tool making more conversion and customer reps always give you a hint to increase your revenue.
