Migrating systems is a massive challenge, and I initially didn't know where to start, especially with the Shopify integration. Between the endless documentation and complex parameters, it was hard to even tell if certain features existed. They say all things are difficult before they are easy, and Yash was the key to making everything feel simple. His quick, insightful, and highly practical suggestions saved me countless hours of troubleshooting. Amazing customer support. I’m quite new to email marketing and not a developer. AI helped me create some HTML templates, but I still needed help with setting up Brevo and fixing a few issues that weren’t picked up.

Anjali from the Brevo support team was incredibly helpful. She quickly identified the problems, explained the errors in my code, and guided me through the filter setup. She even made some changes to get everything working smoothly with automations.

Really appreciate the support — it made a big difference. I’d definitely recommend them.

Application vraiment pas pratique si on a déjà un compte Brevo. L'application Pushowl Brevo recréé automatiquement un nouveau compte et aucune synchronisation n'est possible avec l'ancien compte Brevo.
Heureusement que le service client et notamment Piyush était là pour m'aider.

Des bugs pour connecter un compte brevo existant vers shopify. J'ai failli passer sur une plateforme concurrente tellement ce moment était frustrant.

A corriger d'urgence car je n'ai trouvé aucune aide à ce sujet.

Heureusement coté service client, j'ai rarement eu une assistance aussi géniale et réactive. Ils m'ont contacté par email et en 30mn, Brevo était connecté, avec le bon compte, et mes relances panier fonctionnaient.

So far, I have been very pleased with the customer service and I think this is the most crucial part when choosing an app! Aritra was so helpful and patient with us when we needed to change plans and implement SMS campaigns. Our whole team is very thankful for him and his advices :)

Die App ist Anfangs etwas unübersichtlich und erstellt automatisch ein Konto bei Brevo, so dass Support nötig war um das eigentlich bereits vorhandene Brevo Konto zu verknüpfen. Der Support hat das aber schnell gelöst, vielen Dank!
