I had the chance to talk to Rojen all afternoon to access my dashboard. I was already using Brevo before integrating it into Shopify, and it was quick. Rojen was available to answer my questions. I am delighted to have had such a nice person, who wanted to offer me the best and was available to answer me quickly.

They have excellent customer support. Pallavi is the best representative I've encountered. She promptly answered all my questions, assisted me with the app upgrade, and provided valuable advice. PushOwl is a fantastic app for driving conversions in any online store.

Couldn't believe the outstanding level of service from Brevo. Rojan in particular is fantastic. Support and customer service is a lost art, but not for Brevo. Bravo!!!

I just started using PushOwl and Brevo but already love it. They have great features and whenever I'm not sure about something or need some assistance their staff answers almost immediately and is super friendly. I'm excited to see how great of a help it will be for my business.
