PushOwl/Brevo: Email,Push,SMS

Tool is easy to manage and you get very fast feedback from the support team either by chat or email. They even consider your feedback in terms of ongoing development of the app. They have already included some things, which have been missing for my business.

PushOwl has been a key part of our marketing strategy since we launched our store in 2019. Once we started gaining subscribers and setting up campaigns, we immediately recognized its value. Push notifications are an effortless way to bring customers back to our store and keep them updated on new products.

Setting up a campaign takes just seconds! We draft and schedule our push alert campaigns quarterly, making it a truly "set it and forget it" situation.

We love PushOwl so much that when we discovered Brevo, an email software integrated within the app, we decided to give it a try. Not surprisingly, we migrated from our previous email provider to Brevo with PushOwl's support. Arvind from PushOwl was incredibly helpful during the migration and setup process.

I’ve encountered an issue with your service where the provided documentation often isn’t enough to resolve the problems I'm facing, especially with formulas not working properly. It’s common for website owners to be using multiple apps and may not have the time to thoroughly read through every document or guide you provide. In situations like this, more hands-on, human support would be extremely helpful.

The product is fantastic, very efficient and dynamic, and the customer support is something that caught my attention for its efficiency and agility. I would like to thank Harish in particular for all his service, and I would highly recommend this incredible app to everyone!

Brevo first cought my eye for their functionality, good reviews, and fair pricing, but as a Shopify store owner it was not clear what plan to sign up for. We needed to make outbound calls and the PushOwl/Brevo app did not support calls. Sowbagya from support was really great in helping me solving this issue before I gave up. I now have a Brevo account (I chose the "business" plan) including a US phone number so I can make Voip calls worldwide, and it is even syncing the data of my Shopify store via the API connection. Awesome!

i would give -5 stars if i could, no support, fake subscribers, setup free plan and is charging me $20. a month. total garbage!!!

Definitely one of the best around. Signed up, needed to understand a few things, Rojen walked me through in detail. Customer service is definitely a huge difference compared to other apps on Shopify. Rojen was patient, took interest in what our business was and everything was set up in minutes! Thank you very much and will update as we get our campaigns going.

Now, I'm getting into using Brevo for email marketing.
