PushOwl/Brevo: Email,Push,SMS

Great app and great customer service! Been using it for a few years without many issues. My only word of advice is to be mindful that this is a viable marketing channel for your business. You may be better off investing more in SMS / Email.

We have been using this app for several years now and i can just say that it is brilliant. It is very easy to use and to configure. We can create a push owl very fast, no matter what and they are super effective. Recently I had a conversation with Rameez, from pushowl support. A nice and friendly guy which promptly finds solutions for anything. Costi.

Fabian from the Customer Success team was SUPER helpful! So far, I rate this app at 5 stars for my experience up to now. I opened the app for the first time today (taking over for a previous employee), I had no idea what to do with it or where to start so I just began with creating a campaign and navigating myself through it, lucky for me Fabian popped up in my chat to see offer a few tips, I did and we began to chat about my situation (taking over for a previous employee) Fabian was so helpful, he explained in an easy to understand nutshell what PushOwl is, what it does and how it works, he also sent me a few links to help me get started, and gave me a few pointers for successful campaigns. So far the customer service has been great, my only "complaint" would be in the campaign creation process itself, I'm not a fan of having to upload 3 different image sizes for the separate platforms, would be great to at least have an image resizing/cropping option within the Campaign Details window. Also, if there was a "DRAFT" button, I'd like to work on campaigns as I can, rather than have to complete it as soon as I start it.

Excellent App works perfect and generates high returns. Support is brilliant in assisting you with optimising and advice on changes and settings.

This app is exactly what we needed! It is easy to use, and the customer service is the best!!!! They respond very quickly on chat and to schedule meetings. Which I find really helpful when we need help. Rojen took the time to go over the app and the things we can do to use all the app features. Especially now that we are getting close to the holiday sales.
