PushOwl wowed me with their offer and their app is amazing! Pallavi’s service was exceptional. Grateful and impressed!

I had the chance to talk to Rojen all afternoon to access my dashboard. I was already using Brevo before integrating it into Shopify, and it was quick. Rojen was available to answer my questions. I am delighted to have had such a nice person, who wanted to offer me the best and was available to answer me quickly.

Couldn't believe the outstanding level of service from Brevo. Rojan in particular is fantastic. Support and customer service is a lost art, but not for Brevo. Bravo!!!

I just started using PushOwl and Brevo but already love it. They have great features and whenever I'm not sure about something or need some assistance their staff answers almost immediately and is super friendly. I'm excited to see how great of a help it will be for my business.

Today I was helped by the customer service team, specifically by Rojer & I have to say they just restored my hope in good customer service, since unfortunately nowadays no one seems to know what they're doing anymore it was definitely a breath of fresh air, I'm super happy to have joined, especially now just because of my one conversation.
