This app is amazing! It has really helped my store and I would truly recommend it. I was doubtful at first (3 years ago), but even on the free plan, my subscribers went up. Now, with the benefit of looking back through the data the abandoned cart is making more than what it costs each month. I'm glad I found this, big thanks to the devs, and the support from Rameez was outstanding. He found a way of using the app better and just opened a chat with me to tell me, I love that sort of proactive support.
PushOwl has been a great tool for re-engagement, both for cart abandonment and for amplifying our content and getting the word out on promotions and sales. The team is very responsive and helpful, definitely recommend to check these guys out!
We've tried some other apps earlier, but this one has the most amount of features. To top that- The customer success team is superb too. So friendly, usually quick to respond and sometimes offering actionable advice & tips. Especially, Taransh who gave us clear directions on what's working & how to make it work even better. Also, proactively looking out for us in terms of the correct plan even if it meant downgrading the monthly revenue we brought for the app.
