This app regardless of the customer service is a must have, the benefits pay for the app 100 times over. No brainer! get the app! PS, it doesn't slow the site too much either. Bonus. Must be quality code.
The app has been great so far. We've seen good results with the abandoned cart notification sales, and our first campaign had solid sales results as well.

LOVE IT! I've never used an app like this before, but this one is super easy to use! I love that I can create my own for a multi product release, or I can simply share from the create product page "More Actions" drop down! Im also shocked at how many people actually have signed up, and are CLICKING! So all in all I think its awesome and will continue to use it. ^_^

We use PushOwl and it's like a cash register.. every campaign we send, results in extra sales, so it's really a no-brainer. You really can't go wrong with it.
This app has been a fantastic new way to build owned audiences for our brand (much like email and SMS). It helps keep our brand front of mind to our customers when we're scheduling push notifications 1-2 times per week.
