I discovered the app was not working. For the past year, we've never used more than 500 impressions which is what you get with the free plan, even though we've been paying for the 10,000 impressions per month. there was no communication about this by email or within shopify. I discovered the problem doing a routine review of app usage and expenses. The pushowl chat agent did provide the usage stats, but only after first saying they usage history was not available. Chat was responsive, but was primarily focused on upselling services, even though they did provide information when asked. Two stars because the app does what it is designed to do, but didn't bother to notify us when it needed attention to continue working.

Never been a big fan of the Brevo Editor. But after the last update everything became so hard to edit it takes me more then double the time to make a newsletter. Don't recommend.

Update: I'm having a hard time trusting this. I've spot checked and seen some automation emails not go to the intended recipient, and some are going to people that shouldn't receive them. If that is just when I spot check a few makes me wonder how it's really operating. But when I ask a question sometimes there are days between responses. There is usually no one there. Crickets for days. Then after about 5 messages on my part explaining my situation in detail, I get one response a couple of days later, and when i reply back, DAYS again. It's aggravating. Can't have a full conversation to resolution unless you want to wait a month.

Nayan gives amazing support. I am using it for email only, and the email part is rather new and can be glitchy. But if you stick with it, it's the only email app that charges by sends and not list size. I left klaviyo because of their price hike and the emails you can design here are very nice and you can use custom fonts. The builder is a bit slow and sometimes things don't work great the first time, but with Nayan's help I have been able to figure things out.
Note the support is not in US and there is a time difference. That can be frustring at times but they make up for it.

Since they include brevo the plans are incredibly expensive, PushOwls was good, why push to pay for emails if we don't need them? Just looking for an alternative.

Number sales are not real , app takes all sales store and said that it is by push web. I have wasted money for 10 months.

I have removed this app, and still code is on my theme version jld 78, and jld79.. Can you fix /remove it

DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE!! we have been using the APP for over a month now and even when it seams to be ok the support SIMPLY DOES NOT EXIST, write a message and wait 6-7 hours from somebody in india to respond, it is absolutely crap!
if you need to do something there is absolutely nobody to help you, so better go with app with real support that can guide and help your business
