Customer service is great... everyone is always very helpful and quickly responds to requests. Today David fixed a problem for me, and continuously updated me and followed up to make sure it was all correct.

Edit: I ran into another issue, and David took care of it again! :-) Great CS!

Still working on integration, but I think the QBO app will really help us streamline. Got some great guidance from Karol through the chat and was able to get some answers to questions fairly particular to our business--super polite, quick reply, and thorough. Looking forward to seeing what the app can really do.

I've reached out a few times with the chat function and David, Dean and Sherwin were all very responsive, patient and helpful with all of my queries. If you have a preferred person to work with you can also request them which is great.

David was a huge help in fixing a problem I created in linking Shopify to QuickBooks! it only took a few minutes and the problem was fixed!

The app is very user friendly. The only errors I've ever encountered are created when someone on our end skips a step (client name on order, etc.). Whenever I've had an error the customer service reps have bee very helpful and fast. Sherwin helped me out today and was quick and professional and had me fixed up in a couple of minutes!

This app has been a life safer for our small business. I did not expect such great quality from a free app - it is simple enough for me to setup on my own, and the bridge saves me HOURS of having to export or import data manually between Shopify and QBO.
Their customer service is absolutely top-notch. I reached out through chatbot for questions, and Ronnie who was super a patience and wonderful guided me through to solution step by step. I truly appreciate Ronnie's help and can't recommend this app enough!

This app saves me time in syncing all my orders and payments for easy access through my Quickbooks. The agent I dealt with, Sherwin, was amazing to work with. App does a great job keeping our Shopify and QBO synced. When there is an error, it alerts you. I had troubled figuring out why a couple of orders were not syncing, and for the first time ever...I was contacted by customer support. Sherwin noticed that a couple of orders were not syncing, and HE started a chat with me to fix it!
