I am new to using this app and Ronnie on the chat support was quick to assist with answering my questions and helping me connect my online store to Quickbooks. Very quick and efficient service.

Clarisse is the best, helped me through everything, was very detail oriented and explained clearly what I needed to do and why, when and how things sync. This sync is great, it brings over details that you just wouldn't have in QuickBooks if you processed another way without a ton of work.

Dean in customer support was so quick and responsive today! The problem I'd spent hours trying to fix myself was resolved in a matter of minutes. Appreciate good and knowledgeable customer service!

I contacted support because I received error while attempting to sync. Lori was very resourceful and solved my issue within minutes. It was a pleasure communicating with her. Thank you Lori!

Rom was amazing at helping me sync my Shopify account with Quickbooks. I didn't think it would be possible on live chat but Rom was very good at problem solving and shared some screenshots whilst working on the back end. Now all my Shopify orders flow through nicely into Quickbooks!
