App has some quirks, but it's a really great thing the support is outstanding, quick, and knowledgeable to get you through them. Vincent is radically different (read: EFFECTIVE) from the typical Quickbooks Desktop + Online support I've had to deal with for decades, and saved my team literally hours of trying to figure out some duplicate customer/invoice sync issues. He not only solved the sync issues, but singlehandedly transformed my admittedly negative view of QB Support--enough for me to write a glowing review a 1:00 AM. Kudos to the OneSaas team, and hat's off to Vincent.
Finally an app that actually syncs to QBO properly! Had some questions about set up, so I used the chat and received excellent help from Rom.
DEAN was fantastic, patient and very helpful! I was very confused with QB and he simplified it for me!
The app is easy to use and syncs everything from our Shopify store to our QBO. I also received great support from the customer care team.
Paul was extremely helpful with getting the syncing process analyzed and configured to work best for our company. He was very impressive and worked fast not to take up too much of our valuable time.

QB is a great app, but even better is their customer support. I had an issue with my sync summary reports and was helped by ROM, who was very very efficient, helpful and knowledgable. Within 10 mins he had given me advice and fixed my problem through live chat at 11pm PST. Thanks ROM!
Saves so much time every week. Support is great. We use MYOB if you could import shopify merchant fees to a different location would make the process easier. Would give 10 stars if they could handle returns/refunds. at the moment we need to do it manually.
App works as it should, just be sure to set your sync date properly as you cannot import historic data without the help of customer service. I had to go this route and Dean helped me get it done. Thank you Dean!
