As someone who gets glaszey eyed at flat-pack instructions, accounting and technical stuff, its never an enjoyable process setting up or trying to figure out accounting software, mapping it etc Well here comes Karol! THE best customer support I have ever had in my long 67 years! thank you so much, helpful, kind PATIENT lol Answered every question whilst helping me understand and guiding in such a way I didn't even notice I was dealing with the most boring stuff in my life lol Exceptional! all round has made my 10 hour days reduced to 20 mins with this software, I hope your boss understands what a diamond you are! I have every confidence that I will get the support, understanding and help I need in the future! what a credit you are! thank you again Karol x

I used this app to connect with Shopify, Dean was great in his support and helping me get it all set up.

Ben did a great job in trying to help me with my inquiries. Unfortunately, we were not able to get it resolved, but it was first class customer service.

App is working great, needed a bit of help getting it started, but support was fast to respond and Ronnie was very helpful.

We use this app to connect Shopify to QBO and the online support and chat are great! Sherwin was able to fix my errors and helped walk me through all the steps needed on my end. He also transferred over the sales we made earlier in the year that didn't come over with the original and ongoing transfers. I had several other interactions with Lori (and forget the third person's name) for other sync updates and they were very helpful.

By far the best thing about this is the customer support. I've probably asked over 100 questions over the past 30 days, and the instant responses on chat and email are what make the difference. Looked at other QBO syncs, literally still waiting for responses and now over 14 days. Shout out to Ronnie this time for his support.

Johnny from OneSaas is fantastic when you need a hand sorting things out with the configuration. I use OneSaas to connect to my fulfilment warehouse, and the only limitations at the moment have more to do with Shopify than OneSaas (i.e. being able to filter orders by location). Otherwise very happy with the app and the service provided by the OneSaas team.

Had some issues syncing initially its not quite simple for someone who doesn't know what they are doing. that being said after being on the chat with quickbooks people for hours, i finally got to Sherwin who helped me sync my Shopify to quickbooks without any issues! Very efficient and helpful!
