The live chat feature is helpful. ROM was able to take over and sync all my products for me which was helpful for someone that has no idea what they are doing when it comes to the bookkeeping side of the business.

I had quite a few issues trying to get things to sync because of how the chart of accounts was set up. I got on chat and Rom answered almost straight away, stayed with me for over half an hour and got everything working. Honestly great service! And now it's much easier for me to record the fees with the shopify payouts and make sure everything is done correctly.

Great support from this team! Ronnie has been fantastic since we first started with OneSaas a few years back on a different platform (Woo). They fixed my sync problem with Shopify while I was asleep. I've used QBO for ages, recently setup my first Shopify Integration, the process was fairly straightforward and when I did have some questions Karol was able to show me what I needed to do on my first contact. Must have app if you use Shopify and QBO. Rob
