ROM has amazing patience he helped me in resolving my syncing issues! He explained everything well and was so nice !!!
Setup wasn't too difficult. I started getting one error and Rominick on the chat helped me get through it immediately. Everything seems to be working fine now and automates our accounting for Shopify orders and inventory.
Great app to sync orders from Shopify to QBO. The chat feature is really effective, I didn't even have to wait 1 second to get a real person on the chat box helping me. Really helpful customer service, particularly David.
I use this app to link my Shopify store with QuickBooks Online (QBO). It works great. I do not have to enter in any information and it creates Sales Receipt or invoice in QBO. It really helps with making sure the customer information and products ordered are correct. There is no double entries as it creates a new customer if there is not one already with the same name. If I create a new product in Shopify it automatically creates a new product in QBO. I did have one issue with it syncing and the tech Sherwin was very helpful and took care of the issue right away. If I had any complaints, it would be that it has to sync with the Name of the customer and not the company or email address. You also can not change the name from FIRST LAST to LAST, FIRST. by doing so creates a new customer. You can not change the Display name in QBO. I do not say this is an issue with the app just an issue with the workflow from Shopify and QBO.
Customer service with this app is top notch. Especially Rafael who has helped me immensely in my initial setup of syncing data between QuickBooks and Shopify.
Great Customer service. still in the early days but looks good so far. Sherwin and Troy were super helpful to sort few things for me.
Fairly straight forward set up. I had a few small syncing errors and using the Live Chat feature I was connected with Ben in less than a minute and he solved all my issues immediately. Very happy with the app and customer service.
David was very helpful when I had syncing issues with my orders and solved the problem easily and right away
I found this app to be really useful and great for saving time. Their customer service is outstanding. Worked with Vince a couple times and found him to be very responsive, knowledgeable and patient.
EDIT 5/27/19: The refunds issue has been fixed. However, there is still a bit of manual entry as the software is unable to determine if an item was restocked in Shopify, so it defaults to 1) restocking the item if all money was refunded or 2) only returning the money (and not the product) if only a portion was refunded. Still a great interface, but a bit cumbersome if you offer a "money back guarantee" or any instance where the product would be kept when funds are refunded. Still can't say enough about the level of service and follow-through from the team: Hazel, Troy, Vincent, and Marck - they are all amazing!!

EDIT 4/23/19: While I still think this is a great app, they still have not been able to fix a bug that prevents refunds from posting to QBO. This has prevented 186 transactions and required me to hand key each and every one. I/They have been aware of the issue for 2 months and there is no timeline as to when this will be resolved. I will update this review when it's been fixed.

Best app on the market - hands down! I tested several for my clients and landed on OneSaas for their seamless automation and easy but robust setup. As an accountant I love all the options they provide (chart of accounts mapping, seamlessly adding new inventory items into QBO, inventory update sync, etc.) as it makes my life a whole lot easier.
The best part; however, is the AMAZING customer support team. I've had a few bumps along the road and they have been there to quickly and efficiently handle every situation I've thrown at them. I think I've spoken with almost the entire support staff, but mostly I've chatted with Troy and Hazel. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and often go out of their way to ensure everything is handled quickly.
Stop considering and just do it. You won't be sorry.
