Just installed the App today in Canada. I utilized chat right away to ask for assistance. At first I got David, he was a great help but in my process of uploading Chrome I lost him (my fault). David was awesome and I know he would have helped me. So once back on with Chrome I signed on to chat again. This time I got Lori. She helped me though the whole set up process and was amazing. She was patient and helpful and is getting back to me later with one minor discrepancy in the first upload. I picked this App because it was from Intuit and that made me feel confident. Now after my first and second experience with Support I am very happy that I choose this App. Thank you David and Thank you Lori - keep up the good work. All the Clients really appreciate it!
Since I got going on the App I have been helped by Floribelle and by Troy. They were both very responsive and helped me. I have never had an App before with such exceptional service

Rominick provided simple and quick solution to my syncing challenge. Rominick explained the rational of the mapping issue to further my understanding. I greatly appreciated the help received.

Seems like the most straightforward app for syncing Shopify to QBO. Had a few questions when setting things up, but got some clear and concise help from Troy. He helped me get everything set up and working well!

While the app is confusing the chat support is awesome and very responsive! Rominick was great at helping me with my syncing errors. Fast and too the point my transactions were syncing in no time. Thank you Rominick.

This app has helped with the integration of QB and Shopify and saved the time of manually inputting invoices. There are some steps that need to be taken to ensure the merging is all done properly but they have a great support team that walks you through whatever you need help with. Rominick was a great help to getting me through the issues I was faced with.

Amazing! Quickbooks does exactly what it says on the tin & Rom on their support team had me set up to sync to shopify in no time, even after id broken a few things!
