Needed some assistance connecting my store to QuickBooks and I had the pleasure of being assisted by DEAN. He is an asset to the organization because apart from being helpful he was very polite and patient.

I was really struggling with setting up my QB account and received tech support from Nick. Not only was he friendly but insanely helpful. I honestly would not have been able to set this up correctly without him. It is not often as a small business you have help but it is sometimes essential.
He was extremely knowledgeable. He helped me link shopify to QB and to import the information in the correct way (without duplicates) from Shopify to QuickBooks. Highly recommend Nick!

Life changing app for any small business and the support team has been unreal! I have to give a special shout out to Ronnie as he helped me fairly quickly during a stressful time as I prepare to close my books.

Still working on integration, but I think the QBO app will really help us streamline. Got some great guidance from Karol through the chat and was able to get some answers to questions fairly particular to our business--super polite, quick reply, and thorough.
