Very easy to connect Shopify and Ben from QBO was able to help me navigate any issues I had. He was patient and knowledgeable throughout the session, pointing out where I need to do additional checks and the best ways to show information in QBO.

This app is exactly what we needed to integrate our shopify sales into our QBO accounting. When I had an issue, I reached out the support chat and Sherwin immediately was able to resolve it and explain how to avoid future problems. A few days later, I had a question and Dean from support was awesome too. So glad to have this for our small business!
App is easy to navigate. If you have issues with the import of sales data, make sure to use the Chat feature, as their reps can easily work on it and clear the issues. Karol was super helpful and quick with my request. Glad Intuit purchased OneSaas in 2021, customer services has gotten better!
Sherwin provided me with exceptional assistance in resolving multiple integration issues between Shopify and QBO.
I had to complete a ton of run around between Shopify and QBO support to finally find out that QB connector has its own support. A which point Sherwin was able to assist with various request in a professional manner.
If you need assistance you should reach out Sherwin by listing your issue so he understands, then connect with him so you do not have to repeat yourself to other support members.
Sherwin was extremely helpful and I recommend using him with issues you encounter.
I have been using QuickBooks for a couple years but faced an issue a few days ago I could not figure out how to solve. I used the support via live chat today and had it addressed through great service from Dean. He was knowledgeable, attentive and quickly understood and solved the issue. I am usually skeptical about using live chats but have to admit this was very good.
TROY and NICK were very helpful with walking me through the setup for our sync. No complaints!
