Vincent, the customer service rep was BEYOND excellent in setting up my QuickBooks Connector so that my Shopify accounts would sync into my Quickbooks. As a new small business owner using the various Quickbooks integrations, I really couldn't have done it without his support. We spent nearly two hours troubleshooting various issues to get my accounts set up the way they need to be. A timesaver. A lifesaver. Thank you Vincent, from the bottom of my heart.

This app is the best for syncing to QB online! And there customer service is top notch and super helpful when trying to sort of errors. Sherwin was so friendly and efficient with fixing my issues, would definitely recommend for anyone need to sync their sales into Quickbooks Online.

I used this app and was getting a little confused by some of the questions and what the best way would be for me to set it up. I used the Chat feature and was fortunate enough to speak to Karol in Customer Support. She was absolutely amazing - she answered all my questions and got everything fixed up exactly how I need it.
