I've been using this app for at least 5 years. It works simply and effectively, with lots of flexibility to tailor the synchronization options to your needs and accounting set-up. Whenever I've needed support, it's been excellent with very fast turnaround. Dave was particularly responsive and helpful today. Highly recommended. Oh - and it's free!

Karol in Customer Support was absolutely brilliant.
Lets just say, it was getting stressful trying to get info from Shopify to Quickbooks on my own. Support was lightening quick and Karol understood, in an instant, what I was trying to do.

The issue was resolved within a few minutes. The communication was perfect, Karol kept me informed all throughout the process.
