THank you to Vincent! I contacted customer support with the hope that someone would take the time to walk me through my workflow. I had some issues that were causing my QBO to report double my revenue (!!). Turns out I needed to edit my workflow - and Vincent was patient and helped me fine-tune things so that problem would be resolved. He answered many questions I had about other things involving my business and then emailed me the transcript of our chat so I can pass it along to my bookkeeper if she has any questions about why we did what we did! Perfect! Love having the quick and caring support.
Thank you Rominick for your great advice and guidance. Also thanks for the helpful articles. My book keeper wishes we could account for fees and also have the funds deposited to "undepostited funds" at the same time, so that is extra work that I hope one day will be optimized.
The app is easy to set up and pulls the sales information across to Quickbooks but not the cost of sales even though there are questions in the set up about where the costs should go. Possibly a future upgrade Onesaas?
I did have a problem with sales discounts which QBO presented correctly if the discount was below 50% but not if it was above 50% - the discount and the sales tax were not presented or accounted for correctly. Hazel on the support team was very helpful.

We've had issues with inventory not syncing correctly, but Karol really helped understand exactly what the problem was and did a fantastic job of answering any questions that we had.
Ronnie helped via the chat and received AMAZING support, walked through the issue & providing solution!
Ben was very helpful with our sales tax sync issues. He walked us through some of the issues and was very pleasant to work with.
Thanks for Rom sorting sync issue, love this App there are only two things that can improve:
1. Often Sales do not sync to Quickbooks from Shopify because "someone was editing in Quickbooks" as reason
2. Sometimes if there was a change in SKU code after linking, you can not sync but I just contact customer support and they resolve.
Will be good to have the option to re-link products myself this way I can do this on a monthly basis.
