Setting up can be confusing at first. Thank goodness the support operators are very patient. Thank you Ronnie for taking the time to work out misunderstandings and making things clear.

I recently switched over from Bold connector to the Intuit connector for Shopify and I have never looked back. Support was incredible with Benielle taking the time with me to ensure proper set up for all of our store's connections. Would highly recommend this app, such a positive experience so far! Well done Intuit!

The app itself is quite confusing to set up, especially if you are new to this sort of thing. But David was a HUGE help in customer service!!

It's a bit confusing to get the accounts right for syncing but Ronnie was very helpful and responsive via the help chat

Sherwin was awesome - quick and cooperative. I never felt stupid asking questions and he was able to provide working answers. Best 2 hour chat that produced results that will increase productivity. Now to tackle a years worth of entries. Thanks SOOOO MUCH

I just installed this app to sync Shopify and Quickbooks Online for inventory and transactions. Had an issue with sales tax not syncing but Rafael at OneSaas was quick to resolve the issue. Thanks Rafael.

Rominick provided excellent customer service and was able to resolve all of our issues in no time at all!
However, it would be more convenient if users could un-sync and re-sync data on our end instead of having to contact support to do so.
