We are using this app to pull orders from shopify to QBO. Whenever I have issues I use the chat function. All the customer service reps are fantastic, but wanted to give a shout out to Paul today who helped solve a few issues and helped me better understand the flow of data. Thank you so much Paul.

The support service is fast, thanks Ben for your quick help in solving the problems. I recommend the App, it is easy to use, and if there is a problem, the support chat is quick to answer and resolve requests.

Had major issues syncing inventory, but Ben was the best customer tech support and made sure we had everything working seamlessly.

This company is amazing! My QBO was all messed up due to another app sending data into my system. Troy and Sherman were amazing. They walked me through the issues. were very patient with me and got my system resynced. QBO is now clean and matches up perfectly with my shopify reports. And I learned a bunch about accounting as well. Would 100% recommend this company!
