Ben was great, he understood my question straight away. I am very new to this and I have had very minimal training. The solution was explained very well to me and it was much quicker than I expected. thank you Ben!

I truly appreciate this app and the customer service they provide. The app syncs my Shopify transactions to QB without any problems, and it makes my life so much easier. Every time I have a question, the customer service replies to me within minutes and they are always BEYOND helpful in accommodating my questions and providing a solution. A dream experience with incredible support, it syncs the orders and fees seamlessly with lots of options on how it shows in quickbooks.
