It may seem a bit daunting at first but it works great. I had a complex issue to resolved and I worked with Dean via tech support chat. He was outstanding and helped me diagnose and resolve the issue plus helped me to optimize the settings even more.

I'm really glad QBO has made this a priority. Previously, I used a third-party app that has caused all sorts of accounting issues. When they started asking for money for a basic linking service, I was able to get this installed and Rom helped me through tax alignment issues.

Paul was great in helping with syncing orders and putting the money in the right accounts. It was done pretty quicky

Customer service was great. Ronnie helped me figure out how to connect my accountant asap. Definitely recommend

I had problems reconciling my clients payment and invoice in QB, but thanks to Paul for saving me! He helped me edit the settings and guide me along the way!
