He was willing to review all the complicated errors I was having with QBO Connector and he explained in great detail what was happening. I can't sing the praises enough of the support person I was aligned with to help us with our OneSaas integration. His name was Vincent and all I can say is he was amazing. He went above and beyond... and then beyond again... the call of service to assist with our very specific issues in the setup process. Courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and super helpful at every point, he took the time with every question we proposed to get us the right answers in order to have a smooth integration. Honestly, he his work ethic is rare these days and he so needs to be applauded for it. QBO/OneSaas is so very lucky to have them on their team! I would rate the app at 3 for its confusing setup process and lack of clear cut guidance, but am giving it a 5 only because of Vincent's great support!

This is the exact app we needed to sync our Shopify data with QBO. There is a good amount of control so you can set exactly what and when it get's synced over. We are able to just sync unpaid orders in Shopify so we are able to invoice in QBO. When I had an issue with the connector showing an error I used the live chat support and Clarisse was able to quickly fix my issue. Would recommend.

Update: Needed help again and David was able to fix our issue in less than an hour of writing an email.
