I use this app to help me connect my Shopify site with QuickBooks Online.
I would like more ability to make more specific options on the website, as it's rather basic, but it does work.
Mostly I wanted to compliment the excellent customer service I was given by Troy (troy@onesaas.com). He was patient, kind, and stucjk with me until my problem was solved.

Had some issues with the connector with one product, due to an error on my end, David was brilliant in solving the issues and took the time to understand the problem and correct it.
Great Support. Worked with Paul, started the chat and he was there in a minute. 15 minutes later, he had helped me clear and sync about 3 months of backlog. Great attitude and problem-solving qualities.
I couldn't map the invoices numbers as have used QB for some time and been inputting manually otherwise it was simple task. The support was great and they got around this... Overall brilliant and support from Sherwin was really good

Awesome App. Syncs everything automatically. Customer Support is amazing. Saves us so much time every day with Accounting, Logistics and Fulfilment. Can highly recommend.
Updated 9/13/2023 - I have been trying to have a problem with syncing addressed for a little over a year. I have tried to get help, and no one has been able to get anywhere. Sherwin hit me up today when I was performing a manual sync and offered to fix the issue. OUTSTANDING customer service!
I am merging Shopify and QBO. Some of the directions weren't as easy to use as I thought. Once I talked to Sherwin, every was crystal clear. Nothing beats great customer service.
Had a sync issue with a handful of orders ("2500 - Invalid Reference Id : Line.SalesItemLineDetail.ItemRef"). Clarisse helped me out over chat, within minutes the issue was sorted. Very satisfied with the app.
I had an issue with the connector which was creating invoices and duplicate sales. Ronnie, the support technician, quickly responded to my chat, listened to my issue, and promptly fixed the problem for me. The support provided was excellent, quick, and efficient.
