The live tech support service was fantastic and allowed me to continuing working into the evening as I started my chat at about 8pm in the evening. David, the tech support that answered the chat bubble, was incredibly patient and took the time to explain the changes needed along with screenshots. He was able to quickly help me resolve an issue with the configuration, clear the outstanding sync issues being experienced, and show me how to fix it myself in the future - all in less than 15 minutes. I've found OneSaas to work great to get my Shopify store to communicate with QBO and vice versa. Way better than the last application I was using with my Wordpress site. I had to close every invoice manually with that one and constantly do manual adjustments in QBO. Any problems or issues that have come up with OneSaas have been addressed promptly. The customer service is stellar with quick responses and fixes. I highly recommend. Most recently Karol helped and she was great. Rafael, Vincent and Johnny have helped in the past and also been great.

The app does what it's suppose to do. It takes a moment to set everything up. Both Karol and Rafael on the live chat were very helpful. The only annoying thing is that it cannot sync transactions more than a few months old.
