We had an issue with duplicate transaction fees being applied (which was our own fault due to setting things up the wrong way). Erwin, the chat advisor was amazing and helped me with all my questions and even changed the relevant settings on our behalf! Now everything works absolutely perfectly! Thank you so much Erwin!

So far my experience was really good! I am helped by Ben throughout the whole integration process. He is patient, he explains things clearly, showed very good knowledge/understanding of the two systems (QBO & Shopify), and also good understanding of the accounting side of things, which was impressive. I contacted support about a "6000" problem and Sherwin was able to quickly fix this and get our orders transferred.

The app works pretty well, but does have errors here and there. However, the best part is the customer service chat. Everyone who has helped me is quick and always resolves the issue. Most recently, I spoke with Dean. I can't say enough about the knowledge and professionalism of the customer support here.

I really like how this app allows you to sync with QuickBooks Online. It's fairly easy to install and connect. I spoke with the customer support rep, Vincent, who provided excellent help in ensuing my accounts are synced properly. I'd recommend this app

Just started with it. Looks like it will solve our process challenge and the help was good on Chat. Had a guy named Vincent who went through some areas I struggled with and helped me fix them and helped my understand them.
