I used this app and was getting a little confused by some of the questions and what the best way would be for me to set it up. I used the Chat feature and was fortunate enough to speak to Karol in Customer Support. She was absolutely amazing - she answered all my questions and got everything fixed up exactly how I need it. She is an absolute gem!!

Marck was great. Solved my issue immediately. Great app to work with. They offer a solution every time.

I had an excellent experience trying to Synch my Shopify with QBO. Sherwin, my assistant, was highly knowledgeable and stuck with me until everything was solidified and locked in. Can't praise Sherwin enough. Great app & greater Support!

If you use QBO and Shopify, the Shopify Connector app is a must. You can take sales orders from Shopify and split out the bank fees and shipping fees. And their support is great. Thanks Sherwin for the great customer support on the configs.

Clarisse is the best, helped me through everything, was very detail oriented and explained clearly what I needed to do and why, when and how things sync. This sync is great, it brings over details that you just wouldn't have in QuickBooks if you processed another way without a ton of work.

Vince really helped me! It was a long chat getting things set up. Please note that if you want all your items itemized to reconcile, you need an additional accounting app! He was very patient!
