I spent lots of time trying to figure out how my company was going to syncronize our e-commerce sales with our accounting system. This app made that very simply, and when I needed help setting things up Ronnie from the support team was immediately responsibe and answered all the questions I had. Great product and great support!f

Sync didn't seem to be working, because there was a date hidden somewhere that didn't pull historical data. Sherwin helped explain it all, answer a bunch of questions I had, and fix everything up for me. Smooth sailing now!

I am not computer literate, And even I can use the app. Thank you Rafael with walking me through the steps.

Dean was very helpful in solving how to post NetTerms. We mapped it to the Undeposited Funds account, then they all posted the way we were operating before.
