We switched after have problems with other apps. The interface has been great but it would be helpful to have more detailed information for setting up. However, when I connected for help Sherwin was great at pinpointing the issue and making sure the fix was successful.

Customer support was great!! I was brought into this project to figure out what needed to be corrected. Ben & Lori were great (I got disconnect so I had 2 support team members).

My inventory was being overstated so I was having issues with syncing Quickbooks to Shopify. I connected through the online Chat with Dean. After some sleuthing, he helped me figure out what I was doing wrong and helped me to alleviate the problem in the future. Thank you Dean and Quickbooks support.

David was really helpful in providing support and resolving my issue. In fact all support I have received has been super speedy and efficient. The help function has always resolved any problems I've had really quickly.

Just had Paul helping me with connecting OneSaas and then fixing a tonne of errors! he literally took all the stress away. I've been putting off contacting because I was worried it was going to be an impossible task explaining my issue and then trying to get the techy bits done...but Paul to the rescue - all done and sorted within the hour and nothing more to do. Works great so far and Troy was a great help in getting things synced! Easy to setup overall and with a little testing it works great.
