I'm still getting things set up with Quickbooks so I don't have a lot of feedback on that, however, the connector app is working great. I'm reviewing today to give kudos to Customer Support. I set up a chat this morning and spoke with Ben who was quick and efficient at helping me with an issue.

I chat with support --> Dean, who is super responsive and who assist us to sync our data immediately. I would rate him a 5 stars

Rom assisted really well and resolved the problem really fast. There was a syncing issue which got resolved within 5 minutes of me facing the problem.

Rom answered all my questions and was very helpful. Rom walked me through the steps I needed in order to properly have my shopify and quickbook invoicing connected.

The first problem we encountered with our online store and bookkeeping was the double handling of information. As sales increased this double handling became almost impossible. OneSaas has been the best app purchase we have made. Now we have the time to spend on business growth. I would recommend it to everyone.

I was having syncing issues and couldn't pinpoint where the error was coming from. Dean was able to pinpoint the error and give clear instructions on how to fix. Once we fixed the first error we realized there was a second error and got that fixed as well. Quick and helpful service. I was back up and running in about 15 min

Rom was the best! He was extremely helpful and patient with me. I used this to sync my shopify with OneSass. Using this app made it quick and easy.

Paul's help was excellent! He helped me resolve a sync set up and import issue, promptly. He is well versed on both, Shopify and Quickbook applications. Thank you !!!
