This app is very comprehensive but a bit overwhelming a first. I was having issues troubleshooting an error and Sherwin fixed it for me within minutes! Great asset to the CS team

I had a difficult time figuring out how to sync my quickbooks to shopify, both for payments and inventory. OneSaaS does just that! It wasn't very easy to navigate around OneSaaS but once I chatted with Clarisse (whom i got a hold of within a minute of clicking the help button) everything went really smooth! She was really helpful and clear in her guidance!

OMG, I was so lost and had no clue what i was doing. I chatted with TROY and he patiently walked through each step and helped step up EVERYTHING. He is so professional and very knowledgeablable in what he do. Thanks again TROY!!
