Nice, everything sync automatically. I had a sync problem but in a few minutes, the support agent Dean resolved it. Thanks
Love the chat support, Karol picked up quickly and answered all my questions and fixed everything I broke! She ensured I understood the set up, etc. before we closed out chat!
Lori was very helpful! I needed extra help syncing previous orders and she was able to guide me through it easily. I appreciate her very much.
Due to the transaction complexity of Shopify, it is not very easy to set up synchronisation. However, the support team of One SAAS is excellent. For instance, Dean has just supported us for about 1 hour and sorted our issues patiently. I also have to mention Marck, Karol, Vincent and Sherwin being there for us when needed. Great team. Expect to spend some time for the initial setup, and from there, you are good to do. Don't forget the other sync apps do not import individual orders. So this is the way to go!
Ronnie was very helpful - set-up was a breeze and he helped me troubleshoot an issue with bringing in transactions in other currencies that were rounded.

Ben is the BEST support person I have ever had in my life! He was extremely patient, and answered (no joke) 50+ questions I had related to accounting and properly connecting my Shopify to QuickBooks. This guy deserves a raise!!
I was having an issue with an error code on syncing and Rominick was able to solve my issue quickly. Another error came up in the process and Rominick was able to solve that as well!
I needed help configuring this app to my QBO and Ronnie was immediately responsive and took care of the problem....He was clear, concise and helpful. I've found OneSaas to be responsive and easy to use. I also have used it to sync with Squarespace.
ROM did a phenomenal job with Shopify orders sync. It was a great help. I would love to have him again.
