Although the app works well, there are certain integrations that take a bit of time to do right. I was struggling until I chatted with Rom who not only helped us connect our COGS, but also went above and beyond to fix other errors we were experiencing (i.e. product and services section, roundedoffitem, inventory syncing). In one 30 minute session with Rom I felt we fully optimized this app to now give us all the analytics we need to properly run our business. Great app and amazing service!
This app does the job. It Perfectly integrated with QBO. I had some initial set up issues and was dreading the process but their customer service rep, Dean was amazing. He cleared everything up for me and was even patient with me while I had to stop and wait on my customers. Very pleased.
This app is easily integrated and saves a lot of time. There are a few small quirks but Vincent at customer services helped correct them properly. Overall the app and customer service are great!

Had an initial issue with syncing sales receipts to my QuickBooks Online account, however Vincent was able to help me sort it out quickly. He gave clear instructions and explanations throughout.

We are using the Shopify / QBO integration to streamline recording online sales and expenditures. We did have some challenges initially getting operational - the online support team (Rafael) was quickly able to diagnose and resolve the issue.
